By using NEET Mentor Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Bot.

1. What This Bot Is

NEET Mentor Bot is an AI-powered Telegram chatbot that helps NEET aspirants with doubt solving, concept explanations, and exam preparation guidance. The Bot's persona is based on Md Rejaullah (AIR 134, NEET 2023), but responses are generated by artificial intelligence.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Bot is a study aid, not a substitute for coaching, teachers, or self-study. We do not guarantee any specific NEET score, rank, or admission outcome. Use the Bot as one tool among many in your preparation.

3. AI-Generated Content

All answers are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. Always cross-check important information with your textbooks (especially NCERT) or teachers. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Bot's responses.

4. Age & Eligibility

If you are under 18 years old, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use this Bot. By using the Bot, you confirm that you have the necessary consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• The free plan has a limited weekly usage allowance that resets every Monday. The Pro plan costs ₹199/month for unlimited access.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions are for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated, as the service is delivered instantly. If you face a payment issue (double charge, failed transaction), contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any purpose other than NEET preparation and related academic queries.
• Attempt to abuse, spam, or overload the Bot.
• Share or resell your subscription access to others.
• Use the Bot to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Bot running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Telegram user ID and first name — to identify your account.
• Chat messages — your questions and the Bot's responses, stored to maintain conversation context and improve mentoring quality.
• Student profile information — things you share (like your class, weak subjects, study schedule) that the Bot remembers to mentor you better. You can view and delete these anytime using the /profile command.
• Usage data — token counts and estimated costs to manage daily limits.
• Payment records — transaction IDs and plan details (not your card information).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalize the mentoring service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To enforce daily usage limits for free users.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The Bot uses the following third-party services to function:

• Telegram — for message delivery.
• OpenRouter — AI model provider that processes your messages to generate responses.
• Groq — for voice message transcription.
• Supabase — for data storage.
• Razorpay — for payment processing.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. Your messages are sent to AI providers to generate responses.

4. Data Retention

Your conversation history is retained to provide context for ongoing mentoring. You can start a new conversation anytime using the /new command. Student memories can be individually deleted using the /profile command.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use the Bot at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• View what the Bot remembers about you using /profile.
• Delete individual memories using /profile edit mode.
• Start fresh conversations using /new.
• Stop using the Bot at any time.
• Contact us to request deletion of all your data.
